Crucial to the early production process of my next record and the backbone to a lot of my beats & drum pattern ideas before I acquired the MPC 2000 XL. Great for finding unique analog frequencies.

My boombox is comprised of an upcycled HELIX HX-810, rewired with KORG Lil Bits. It’s got auxiliary/stereo interface input and output, making it compatible with Logic Pro and Ableton. This allows the equalizer on the boombox to work as an instrument EQ/effect slider in real time.
